Unless, we did a smaller 2 x 8.7 m, where approval is not required. However, 2 m x 8.7 m just covered half of skylight lattices. So, URA application and approval was obtained by our Contractor and installation carried out successfully.

We advised client to keep the existing granite to lessen this chance since they were still in good condition. Initial proposed design had alternating mirror and glass panels. However, upon preference of client we implemented a full glass only solution without any additional cost to them.

Due to the structural complexity Glass requirement could not be measured very accurately, resulting in multiple templates and more time spent on glass fabrication.
